*** Antichrist and the rise of his empire (timeframe 1) *** |
Daniel 2 Daniel 7 Daniel 8 Daniel 9 Daniel 10 Daniel 11 Daniel 12 |
To better understand the rise of Antichrist and his empire both before and after the rapture, and his defeat when Christ returns, one must begin with the book of Daniel. Each prophetic chapter in Daniel builds upon the previous. It is strongly suggested you begin with Daniel chapter 2 and study the remaining chapters in the same order as the steps shown in staircase on left. For example - in Daniel's interpretation of the the King's dream in Daniel chapter 2, we are left with the question of how in the last days, will an empire be formed that is greater than all the land area of 4 former past world empires (Babylonian, Persian,Grecian and the Roman). Daniel begins to answer that in Daniel 7 and tells us about the nation that will produce the man known by many names but chiefly 'the Antichrist', whom Daniel says will dominate the last days till Christ visibly returns. Both Daniel 7 and Daniel 8 include a volume of information along with the book of Habakkuk, to reveal how satan and his angels use outer space and star war type warfare to provide the air power Antichrist needs to help his land forces in his successful rise to power. Antichrist will use massive deception and the honoring of a new god and a 'God of forces' to form this mighty endtime world empire many years before the rapture that God revealed to Daniel in Daniel chapter 2 (also see full overview). The remaining chapters of Daniel expose beforehand the exploits and reign of Antichrist from before the rapture to his defeat when Christ visibly returns and defeats Antichrist at that famous battle known as Armageddon (see Kingdom). | |
Antichrist is a person that dominates world history covering the
generation that both sees the rapture and return of Christ to establish His visible
Kingdom over all the earth. Each prophet in the Bible had his own unique name for this
person. Isaiah called the him 'The Assyrian'; Paul 'the man of sin'; Revelations 'the beast'; Daniel 'the little horn'; Habakkuk 'the Chaldean'. It is John that calls him 'the Antichrist' because he denies the eternal Godhead (Father,
Son, Holy Spirit) relationship. 1John 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is Antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Antichrist's reign(see charts) covers the same generation Jesus spoke of concerning the signs of His coming and of the end of the age Mt 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. |

Once Antichrist makes a dramatic successful star war entrance upon
the world scene over the transgressors to form his empire, he will be a builder of the
world's greatest cities ever built. Two of those will be Tyre and Babylon as seen below
and will be built in timeframe 3 while the
Jews rebuild their temple to house the Ark of the Covenant. Antichrist's success is due to
his connection with outer space where satan and his angels dwell. They will give him the
air support, great lying signs and wonders he needs to make war successfully and deceive
the whole world. He also acknowledges a new and strange god the new age and new world
order will accept. Daniel 11:38 - 39 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things. 39 Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain Rev 13:4 4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? |
The map below shows the nations that either will come under the
rule and reign of Antichrist by force as well as many nations in both East and West Europe
that will join with him because of the prosperity, empire superstatus, protection he will
offer them. Daniel 8.23 - 35 23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. 24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. 25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand. 2Th 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: |
